Neko Parham, born Marty Neko Perez Parham on 20 June 1972, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, is an actor. He plays State Police Undercover Troy Wiggins in The Wire. He is a guest star in the first season episode "The Cost". He made his screen acting debut in The Wire creator David Simon's earlier series The Corner. He has been active since 2000 and has also appeared in the films Death of a President (2006), Restraining Order (2006), Quarantine 2: Terminal (2011), and Blackhats (2012).


Parham also appears in The Corner, Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Kingpin, NYPD Blue, Without a Trace, The District, and The Shield. In The Corner he plays Dinky, a young drug dealer, and shares many scenes with Sean Nelson and The Wire co-star Corey Parker Robinson.

Parham is the co-founder of film production company, HeartSong Entertainment Partners, with fellow actor and friend, Evan Parke. He is divorced, having been married to Khalida Outlaw from 10 September 2005 to 1 September 2007.
