John Doman
From The Wire
John Doman (born 9 January 1945) is an American actor. He has a starring role in all 5 seasons of The Wire, as caustic police commander William Rawls.

He also had a cameo as a child molester pretending to be a cop in the 2003 film Mystic River. He guest starred in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Shakaar". He also portrayed Dr. Carl Deraad on Seasons 5 and 6 of ER.
